Hello, I am trying to find out what happened to 3 children. Father is Isaie (Isaac) Lachance and Mother is Celine Duhaime. I found birth records for 3 boys, however, there is nothing further after that. I know in those days children often died in infancy. There is record of 2 of their children dying as babies. But the 3 boys are among the missing not in census for US or Canada.
3 boys are as noted on baptism records: Sylvio Alfred Lachance, Mar 22, 1887 in St. Alexis des Monts, Quebec, Joseph Mariam Lachance, Feb 28 1889 in Menominee, MI, and Alfred Lachance, Jan 18, 1891 in Menominee, MI.
The family moved back and forth between MI and Canada between 1889 and 1891 as far as I can see. They immigrated to US through Vermont in 1909.
Anyone with information that might help me track them down would be greatly appreciated!!
