I wanted to add my findings here. Radegonde Lambert (born around 1621) is the daughter of Jean Lambert (Born around 1591) and Jeanne Marie Kagigoniac (born around 1600).
Radegonde was born in France because apparently her father took her mother there. At some point they returned to Acadia.
Jeanne Marie Kagigoniac was Daughter of Chief Henry Membertou who was the son of the previous Chief Membertou.

Yes Radegonde had Euporean DNA because her father was French.  Her mother was Mi'kmaq.

Hi Yves

Sure.  This is Radegonde's mother (link below)  Radegonde is not a French name.  She was born in France because her father Jean Lambert took her mother Jeanne Marie from Mi'kmac Canada to France.  Then they returned at a later date.

I believe that she's Metis.  I also believe that some people have their own agenda when refering to her as being European.

And you're welcome to look at my husbands family tree where I mapped everyone out. (link below)

Radegonde de Poitiers was a French princess : https://fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/Radegonde_de_Poitiers

Sure this name is very very very French.  Sorry.

We can see that you know nothing about DNA.  Mitochondrial DNA is the one used in genealogy and mtDNA is inherited from the mother.

By the way, your husband is not a descendant of Radegonde Lambert.

There's an error in your husband tree.  Francois Xavier Lapierre, who married Athana Bousquet, was not the son of Francois Xavier Lapierre and Lucie Gaudreau.

He was the son of Francois Xavier Sinclair dit Lapierre and  Marie Dorion.  Take a look at the marriage act :

or on Ancestry :
