I wonder if someone could send me a JPEG of the funeral obituary of Anna Routhier in the Routhier pictures. She's my grandmother and this is the only picture I've ever seen.

You can ask to the file's owner.  Get Anna's file, then click on the envelop icon at the right top corner.  You'll then write a message to the owner via the site mailbox.  Maybe he can send you a copy of the obituary.
