Hello!

I am researching my particular branch of the Brule family.  I am a decendent of Delima Brule (4th great grandmother), daughter of Julie and Prospere Brule.  In researching Julie and Prospere, there are many leads to websites, etc.  However, it appears that Julie's maiden name is Brule as well.  In trying to find this potential connection between Julie and Prospere (cousins, perhaps?), I noticed some "weird" dates (old parents - like 50 years, for example).  So, while all of it could have happened as I have seen, there's enough strange to make me want to confirm what I'm finding with someone.  Has anyone else researched this branch of the family?  Have you found anything?

This couple can be found on this site, along with their full ancestry. Yes, Prosper's father was not young, but there is nothing so unusual about that.

if I read the chart correctly   they were 3rd cousins once removed

 therefore there would     not  have  needed a dispense to marry
