I have recently started my family tree and know I can add information to the existing Gagne family tree, including the death dates of William Gagne and Anna Boucher. How do I link to the existing tree? Thank you

To add death infos about William Gagné and Anna Boucher, just send an email to the owner of the their files.  To do so, click on the envelop icon that appears in the right top corner of their files.  This will open a text box in wich you will write your infos.

Suppose you want to connect "Joe" Gagné to his father William Gagné.  You have to get Joe's file and click on the "Add parents" button on left top.  A new window appears in which you'll type William as first name and 1863 as birthdate.  Then you click on "verify if the person exist" button at the bottom of the window.  A list of persons that already are entered is proposed to you.  Choose the one married to Anna Boucher and click on the Couple icon and Save.
