my mother alberta massey dumont born in 1914 my father raymond a dumont born in 1913 in massachusetts my mother side of family came from england my father parents were joseph dumont. son of amable and euphemie saindon dumont both born  in quebec. i have there birth marriage etc. joseph and his mother and most of his sibling came to usa in 1900. one sister roseanna stayed in canada with her husband t,pepin.damase was in the 1910 usa census i can not find any info on him after that.i thought he went back to richmond area of pq. there are decendents of roseanna who also belong to genealogy of quebec i have written to them several times no answer.  my e mail address is alberta dumont @comcast. net. my mailing address is sharon dumont 87 parker st attleboro mass. usa

i think damase returned to quebec.someone believes he was the godfather of one of catherine children/
