Once you're log in, click on "My Account" on the top right. You'll get infos on how to enter your data. You can also click on the " ? Help" logo on top right of this page.
The most important thing to know about this site is that there's only one file per individual. So, at some points in your tree, you will simply "connect" a child to his parents and, hence, he will be linked to his ancestors.
Have fun and if you have problems, you can ask for help here ( forum ).
