You can click on the envelop, as I showed you previously, and give your e-mail address to the file owner.  But, you're not sure this owner can communicate in English with you and each of the person's file on this site can be owned by more than one owner. 

For the "not listed persons" of your family, you can add them yourself.  You'll be the owner of these person's files.  

For the "mistakes", I suggest you use the envelop icon for each file, as I showed you, because in the message window, there's a link ( printed in blue ) to the file for which you ask corrections  ( do not erase this link, write your message below it ).  Don't forget to mention your sources.
