PS: in the BMS at is mariage with Louis Ludovic Lucier (10/11/1856) they say daughter of  PAUL Martin and Marie Duclos .

Thanks for your quick reply - I have both Hipolyte and 'Paul' for his name - I thought 'Paul' may be the   English equivalent that he commonly used? - not sure what the BMS is that you refer to - they are my g-g-grandparents - I have a pic if your interested - cheers

some of our members have ancestry  subscriptions

and the ontario municipal libraries

have a marvelous  free site

library edition of ancestry you could spend hours on it

include the http before the  wc.
