Obituary: STURBRIDGE - Rose A. (LePire) Spenard, 81, of 11 Simpson St. died yesterday in Harrington Memorial Hospital after an illness.
She leaves her husband of 52 years, Leo J. Spenard; a daughter, Jacqueline Castonguay of Southbridge; a brother, Edward LePire of North Grosvenordale; three grandchildren; nephews and nieces. She was born in North Grosvenordale, daughter of Edward and Lucy (Gagne) LePire, and lived here many years.
The funeral will be held Tuesday from Daniel T. Morrill Funeral Home, 130 Hamilton St., with a Mass at 11 a.m. in St. Anne's Church, 16 Church St., Fiskdale. Burial will be in St. Anne's Cemetery. Calling hours are 7 to 9 p.m. tomorrow at the funeral home.
