An application for adoption of the said infant was jointly submitted to the Supreme Court of Britich Columbia, on March 26, 1964by Melvin John Stevens and Marie Berthe Cécile Couillard, then residents of Vancouver.This request was heard, granted and officially registered May 13, 1964.It was later confirmed by Ontario, province of the child's Birth.The latter to be known in the future as:Marie Lucie Christine STEVENS
