Note:
It states on the burial record dated on 25 April 1875 in Mattawa, Nipissing, Ontario, Canada that Marie Cecile (McDonell, MacDonell, McDonald) dite Mawishk husband is listed as P.N. Dorion – Pierre Narcisse Dorion.
The biological mother of Marie-Cecile McDonell (MacDonell, McDonald) dite Mawishk and her brother Alexandre McDonell, MacDonell, McDonald may have been a “country wife / native woman” instead of Margaret Cameron a.k.a Dame Ann Cameron / McDonell whom was also a native woman.
Note:
Even though there may be minimal documentation that states Marie-Cecile McDonell (MacDonell, McDonald) dite Mawishk may have had aboriginal ancestry I still believe that without a document that indicates her biological parents names on it I can only say that the parents listed as (Allan Lundy MacDonell & Margaret Cameron a.k.a. Dame Ann Cameron / McDonell) may or may not be her biological parents.
