Predeceased by sister Azilda and brothers Stephane, Leo, Rene, Herve and Armand. Also survived by sisters-in-law Beatrice Predon, Chickie Marier,Yolande Marier, Lina Burke, and brother-in-law Bill Smith and his wife Helen. Helen and Debbie would like to thank their aunts and many friends whom they have relied on and confided in these past years. You have no idea what your love and support has meant. Dad was the most giving father, father-in-law and grandfather anyone could ask for. He was a Second World War veteran and also a very respected shift boss and relieving general foreman during his thirty nine years at Inco. Dad was always grateful to them for the financial stability afforded to him during those years. Last but not least, a very special thank you to caregivers, Brenda, Carol, Michelle and especially Morena at Extendicare Falconbridge. We always knew dad was in capable and caring hands when we were not there. Thank you so much! And to you Dr. Roch for your compassion during Dad's last days. Seeing first-hand the challenges in caring for a loved one with Alzheimer's brings to the forefront the necessity of funding research for this disease. In Dad's memory, donations to the Alzheimer's Society would be most appreciated. There is no visitation. A private family graveside service will be held. We will miss you but love you forever Papa! Sincerely, Helen, Linda, Debbie and Families. Funeral Arrangements entrusted to the JACKSON & BARNARD FUNERAL HOME. 10305947 Monday, August 21, 2006
