L.E. Sevigny dies at VA hospital
Dracut - Lionel E. Sevigny, 53, husband of Mrs. Hilda (Heag) Sevigny, RN, of 71 Litchfield Ave., died yesterday at the Veterans Administration Hospital in Manchester, NH.
Born in Lowell, he was a son of Mrs. Diana (Ouimet) Sevigny and the late Alphonse Sevigny. He was a communicant of Ste. Therese's Church and a member of the Men's club of that parish. At the time of his death, Mrs. Sevigny was employed at the V.A. Hospital in Bedford.
An Army veteran of World War II, he was a member of Co. 1, 101st Infantry, Y.D. Surviving him beside his wife and his mother, Mrs. Diana Sevigny of Lowell, are two daughters, Miss Diana Sevigny, and Miss Carol Getchell of Dracut; three brothers, Roger L. Sevigny of Lowell, Conrad Sevigny and J. W. Paul Sevigny, both of Dracut; two sisters, Mrs. Pearl Brunelle of Lowell and Mrs. John T. (Lucille) Baxter of Dracut.
