When Marie Leontine Jolin was born on 8 September 1871, her father, Ferdinand Jolin, was 35 and her mother, Marie Godbout, was 21. She married Louis Adolphe Doyon on 4 August 1890, in Biddeford, York, Maine, United States. They were the parents of at least 2 sons and 8 daughters. She immigrated to United States in 1892 and lived in Saint-Lazare, Saint-Lazare-de-Bellechasse, Bellechasse, Quebec, Canada in 1881. She died on 26 May 1962, in Manchester, Hillsborough, New Hampshire, United States, at the age of 90, and was buried in Manchester, Hillsborough, New Hampshire, United States.
