METHÉ, Léonide (née Rainville) The family announces with sorrow, her death in Sudbury, Friday, June 24th, 2005 at the age of 89 years. Wife of the late Oswald Methé. Loving mother of Ronald (Denise) of Hudson Heights, Quebec, Gilles of St-Charles, Yvette Chauvin (Claude) of Manitoulin Island, George (friend Marguerite Ann) of Chelmsford and Hélène Touchette (Robert) of Aylmer, Quebec. Predeceased by her son, Léo. Dear sister of Lucien (late Laurette) of Sudbury, Paul (Gertrude) and Louis (Claire) all of Blezard Valley and Edna (late Honorable Senator Rhéal Bélisle). Predeceased by her brothers Hormidas (late Alida), Siméon (late Beatrice) and by her sister, Eugènie Portelance (late Wilfrid). Sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her 6 grandchildren and by her 8 great-grandchildren. A kind and loving lady, Léonide was devoted to her loving family and friends. In her leisure time, she enjoyed gardening and piano playing. The family will receive friends at the CO-OPERATIVE FUNERAL HOME, 4691, R. R. 15, CHELMSFORD, Sunday from 2-5 and 7-9:30 p.m. A funeral service will be held Monday, June 27, 2005 at 11:00 a.m. in the Chapel of the Co-Operative Funeral Home, Chelmsford.
