She was widowed in 1913. After her death in 1938, a funeral service took place at St Joseph's Church in Biddeford. Her remains were then transported to Whitefield, Coos, New Hampshire for interment in the family plot at Saint Matthew's Cemetery. She was survived by three sons, Aimé of Rochester NH, and Edouard H and Charles of Biddeford ME, and one daughter, Mrs P H Powers.
