Catherine Josephine Kennell died in Claremont, NH on October 17, 1942. She was born on February 18, 1871 in Williamstown, Ontario, Canada; the daughter of Joseph and Catherine (Haines) LaPlant.

She married William Kennell in 1892.

She is survived by her husband and children Albina, Ida, Chancy, Josephine, Earnest, and John.

Burial is in Mtn View cemetery.
