This man’s life was unhappily shortened when he was hit by a streetcar upon leaving his residence on May 24, 1930 when he was 55 years old. Having fainted and fallen backwards, he was brought to hospital where he died three days later. He was buried in Sainte Marie cemetery in Winnipeg.
