Land was purchased from William Foran on front road Range 1 Aldfield ( known as Chemin Lac Des Loup today) This was on the boundary between Aldfeld and the former Municipality of North Onslow.. There is a map which shows them in two different locations on this road. (attached).
You will also notice on this map that there was a family of GRAY's living in Aldfied at the time this map was created. The family of Joseph GRAY on Range 5. I came across a note that stated that James McCann received a land grant of 50 acres on Range 6 Lot 5 in Bristol where they first settled.
