1898 - Mariage: Patrick Beaufield Smith x Marie Emma Parmélia - The twenty-third of november one thousand eigth hundred ninety-eight where as the dispensation of the three banns of marriage has been granted by his Lordship Paul Laiveque, dated the twenty second instant; no impediement having been dicovered, we undesigned Parish-priest of this parish, have received the mutual consent to marriage of Patrick Harry Beaufield Smith farmer of this parish son of age of Capt. William Henry Smith and of Marion Brckrr of Halifax, Nova Scotia on the one part; and Marie Emma Parmélia Lapointe, daugther of age of Félix Lapointe contractor and of Zoë Tardif, of this parish, on the other part, and ave given them the nuptial benediction in presence of Leopold Constant Gérard, friend of the bridegroom, of Félix Lapointe, father of the bride, of Charles Fredéric Smith, brother of the bridegroom, and of Clara Lapointe, sister of the bride who together with the bride and bridegroom have signed with us.
