Sir Gawaine George Hope Baillie of Polkemmet, 7th Bt. was born on 8 March 1934.1 He was the son of Sir Adrian William Maxwell Baillie of Polkemmet, 6th Bt. and Hon. Olive Cecilia Paget.1 He married Lucille Margot Beaubien, daughter of Senator Louis Philippe Beaubien, on 28 December 1966.1 He died on 21 December 2003 at age 69.2
