"When quite young, she learned the trade of dressmaking, which she followed all her life.

At the age of eighteen, she married Olivier Le Bèque dit Lespérance on January 6, 1855 at the parish church in St-Louis-de-Gonzague. The ceremony was performed by Fr Joseph Séquin.

She died at the age of thirty four; an untimely death brought about by tuberculosis."
