DEATH CLAIMS EMERY JUNEAU
Emery M. Juneau 89, of 213 S. 9th St., died Friday at 1:35 P.M. at St. Francis Hospital. He had been ill four months and in serious condition the last month.
Mr. Juneau was born in Canada Dec. 4, 1873. He came to the U.S. as a child and had lived in Menominee and Delta Counties for about 80 years.
He was a lumber jobber and he retired 15 years ago. He was a member of St. Anne's Church and the Holy Name Society.
His wife died October 17, 1961.
Surviving are one son, Fred, of Little Lake, three daughters, Mrs. Dan (Viola) Cayer, Trenary Mrs. Stella Laundre and Mrs. Henry (Lucille) Laundre, Escanaba, Rte. 1.
Two sisters, Mrs. Clara Webster, Milwaukee, and Mrs. Arthur Dupuis, Escanaba. Three brothers, William of Wilson, Albert of Rapid River and Jesse, Iron River. 16 grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
Friends may call at the Allo Funeral Home after 3 P.M. Sunday and parish rosary will be recited there at 8 P.M. Services will be held at 9 A.M. Monday at St. Anne's Church. Father Stephen Mayrand will officiate. Burial will be in Holy Cross Cemetery.
