Edmond Pedneau , 68, of Buckingham, was dead on arrival at Civic Hospital Wednesday night, after he apparently suffered a heart attack at a bingo game at the Coliseum. The victim was taken to hospital in the Fire Department emergency car. His body is now at the Brunet Funeral Home in Buckingham.
