MRS BAPTISTE CUERRIER Following but one week’s illness, the death occurred at Hotel Dieu Hospital Cornwall, during Friday night, March 11th, 1949, of Mrs. Baptiste Cuerrier, a resident of Alexandria for the past 5 years. She was 55 years old.
The daughter of Antoine Massia and his wife, Mary Lalonde, she was born at L’Orignal, the family later moving to the Glen Roy area. Since her mariage 5 years ago, Mr. and Mrs. Cuerrier had resided on the Island here.
In addition to her husband she leaves two brothers and four sisters: Paul Massia of Valleyfield, Que ; Peter Massia, Glen Roy; Mrs. Stephen Duval, Mrs. Peter Quesnel and Mrs Charles Quesnel, Alexandria, and Miss Annie Massia of Montreal
