Alfred Lalonde dropped dead yesterday morning at 11 o'clock at his home, 17 Seymour street. Had been suffering from heart disease for some time past and was under the doctor's care. An inquest was dispensed with. Mr. Lalonde was a well known and highly respected resident of the east end and had many friends who are shocked and grieved by his sudden demise. He was a widower and leaves a family. Funeral services will be held at Notre Dame church, of which he was a member, tomorrow morning at 9 o'clock and interment will be made in Notre Dame cemetery.
