Adolphe W. Gauthier
Adolphe W. Gauthier, 63, of 177 Everett Street, Southbridge, died yesterday in Harrington Memorial Hospital.
The son of Wilfred and Josephine (Sansoucy) Gauthier, he was born in Canada and a retired employee of Charlton Woolen, Company.
He leaves his wife, Rosella (Tremblay) Gauthier; a daughter Mrs. Estelle Mogavro of Sturbridge; two sons, Armand of Southbridge and Edward Gauthier of Charlton; a stepdaughter, Mrs. Jessie Turcotte of Springfield, and three stepsons, Frederick W. Tremblay of Philadelphis, PA, Urban F. Perry of Brimfield and Wayne Perry of Southbridge; a brother, Romeo Gauthier of Southbridge and two sisters, Mrs. Lillian Appely of Southbridge and Mrs. Mary Lachapelle of Woodstock, CT, also 18 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
The funeral will be at 8am Wednesday, from the Ernest Tetreault Funeral Home with a high mass at 9am in St. Mary's Church. Burial will be in St. Mary's Cemetery. Calling hours are 2 to 4pm and 7 to 9pm today and tomorrow.
