“She is probably the Adélaïde born of unknown parents in Rigaud on 26 January, 1823, baptised the same day in Rigaud with Albert Kingsley and Marie-Louise Ranger-Mattez as sponsors. Gave her birth date as 18 March, 1822, born in Quebec, in the 1901 census for Nipissing Dist., McKim Twp, 2, page 57. Her name is listed as Mary but I presume this is Adelaide. Both she and husband Edward were then lodging with son-in-law Marcel Belanger and daughter Angèle.”
