Peacefully, at 94, an inspirational and spirited fighter for great causes, wife, mother, and author at 86. Pre-deceased by her husband of 55 years, John. Loving mother to Bruce, Eva Lynn, Ross (pre-deceased), Paul (pre-deceased), Michael, and Mary Ellen (pre-deceased), and mother-in-law to Lee, Jelena, and Milica. Cherished Me-Mere to grandchildren Capaso, Christine, Brupat, Catherine, Maksim, and Jaxon. Last of the 14 children of Dona and Ellen Cuerrier of Green Valley, Ontario, Eva leaves behind many nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends, including her beloved Henri.

Visitation will take place on Sunday, September 16, 2018 from 2-6 p.m. at Lynett Funeral Home (3299 Dundas St. West) with a service at 4 p.m. Interment at Assumption Cemetery at 11:00 a.m. Monday, September 17, 2018. A special thank you to the excellent staff at New Horizons seniors’ community, for their dedicated care and support of Eva in her final years.??
