BOLLENGIER, Roger A., 95, a West Warwick resident for most of his life, passed away Friday, Nov. 14, 2008at Coventry Health and Rehabilitation Center.He was the husband of the late Lucette E. (Saelens) Bollengier. Theyhad beenmarried for 61 years before her passing in February of 2007. Born in Calais, France, a son of the late Marceau and Pauline (Salembier) Bollengier.Mr. Bollengier was a foreman at the former Warwick Braid for many years before retiring. He served during WW II with the French Air Force and was an avid gardener.He leaves three nephews, Robert Bollengier, Esq. of West Greenwich, Richard Bollengier of Warwick and Ronald Bollengier of West Roxbury, MA. He was the brother of the late Irene Roy.His funeral and visitation will be held Tuesday, Nov. 18, 2008at 9:30 a.m. from the HENAULT - GALLOGLY Funeral Home, 5 Eddy St., West Warwick. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11 a.m. in Christ the King Church, 120 Legris Ave., West Warwick. Interment will follow in St. Joseph Cemetery, West Warwick
