DROUIN, Laurette

It is with great regret that we announce the passing of Laurette Drouin O'Reilly. She passed away peacefully, surrounded by family, on March 18 2022 at the age of 96. A fulfilled woman, she was grateful to have lived a long life filled with love and happiness.

Daughter of the late Olivier Drouin and the late Laura Trudeau, she can now be reunited with her beloved husband Patrick John O'Reilly. Left to mourn her loss are her dear son Denis (Lucie Leipnik) and cherished granddaughter Megan (John-Ross McLean). She also leaves behind her sisters Fernande (late Jens Madsen), Lise (Réal Gagnon) and Hélène. She was also preceded by her brothers and sisters Gérard (late Laurette Beaudouin), André (late Annette Bérubé), Desneiges (late Georges Lemieux), Noëlla (late Gérard St-Denis), Olivette, Françoise, Jeanine.

She will be dearly missed by many family and friends.

A celebration of life will be held on April 4, 2022 at 2 p.m. at the Coopérative Funéraire de l'Outaouais located at 95 Boulevard de la Cité-des-Jeunes in Gatineau. The family will be receiving condolences starting at 1 p.m. A webcast will be available live or in replay from the following link
