Biography Guimond Adamore

Adamore J. Guimond, 84, of 931 Hulett Ave., Faribault, died Friday, July 1
at Rice County District One Hospital. Mass of Christian Burial will be held
at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday from the Sacred heart Church, Faribault, the Rev.
Benedict Peichel, officiating. Interment will be at Calvary Cemetery.
Friends and relatives may call at Parker-Kohl Funeral Home from 2 to 9 p.m. Monday and on Tuesday until the hour of services. Parish vigil prayers will be recited on at 7:30 p.m. Monday.
Adamore James Guimond, the son of Calixte and Alma Trembly Guimond, was born in St. Joseph, Kan., July 17, 1898. He married Josephine Carpentier on Feb. 8, 1920 at the Sacred Heart Church. He was a driver for many years with the Cannon Valley Ready Mix Co. until his retirement in 1964.
He is survived by his wife; by five sons, George of Faribault, Vernon of St. Paul, Arthur of Isle, Larry of Rochester and Joel of Corsican, Texas; one daughter, Mrs. Mary O'Brien of Delano; 35 grandchildren; 27 great-grandchildren; two brothers, Homer Guimond of Medford and Alphie Guimond of Faribault; a sister, Mrs. Fab Delesha of Stewartville; and other relatives. He was preceded in death by a daughter, Alma Krisko, in 1981.
