William Kilburn, who came to St. Petersburg nine months ago from Providence, R.I., died at 8:10 o'clock yesterday morning in a local hospital at the age of 74. A retired spider, he was residing at 152 Thirtieth avenue north and was a member of the Episcopal church.

He is survived by his wife, Mr.s Alma Kilburn; three daughters, Mrs. Edna May Deshefy of this city; Mrs. Dorothy Sargent and Mrs. Ruth Deshefy, both of Norwich, Conn., and four sons, James Kilburn of Trenton, N.J.; Frank Kilburn of New York City, and Leonard and William Kilburn Jr., both of Norwich.
