Biographie Goulet Marie-Reine

BIDDEFORD - Marie Reine Petrin, 94, died Saturday at St Andre's Health Care Facility. She was born in Biddeford, June 1, 1913, a daughter of Joseph and Alexina Pinette Goulet. She was educated at St Andre's School, and worked in the Pepperell Mills. After her marriage to Raoul C Petrin, in 1936, she cared for her home, husband and children. She had been a member of St Andre's Church for most of her life. After the death of her husband, she moved to York Manor and was a parishioner of St. Joseph's. For the past five years, she had resided at St Andre's Health Care. Her Favorite pastime was sewing for her family and making things for the home. She enjoyed the music of Perry Como and other old-time favorites. She was preceded in death by: her husband, Raoul in 1998; her son Norman Petrin in January of this year; and two brothers, Joseph (Jerry) Goulet and Roland Goulet. She is survived by: four sons, Raoul C Petrin Jr and his wife, Cecile of Somersworth, NH, Michael C Petrin and his wife, Janie of Buxton, Marc F Petrin and his wife, Karen of Hudson, NH, and Ronald J Petrin of Cincinnati, OH; one daughter, Janice P Norton and her husband, Craig of Fayette; one brother, Brother Lionel Goulet, SC of Rimouski, Quebec, Canada; 12 grandchildren, Monique, Anne Marie, Danny, Andy, Jason, Lisa, Patrick, Jimmy, Cathy, John, Carey and Christine; 18 great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
