Biographie Kennedy William-Bert

KENNEDY, Bert William Peacefully at the Pontiac Community Hospital, Shawville, P.Q. on Sunday, January 15th, 2006 at the age of 87 years. Son of the late William Kennedy and Louida Kilroy. Beloved husband of 60 years to Viola (nee Cooney). Devoted father of Marion (Mike Normoyle) and Doug Kennedy (late Mary Carol Demoe). Cherished grandfather of Jessica, Christopher, Danee and Morgan. Loving brother of Margaret (Urban Curley) and P.J. (Lorna). Predeceased by his sister Kathleen and brothers Edward, Joseph and Alfred. Will be fondly remembered by his nieces, nephews and many friends. The family would like to give heartfelt thanks to all family, friends and neighbours that helped out during this trying time, especially Margaret, Urban and Maureen Curley, Clarence Leach, Father Michael Costello, Pam Komm, Millie Daley and Mona MacKecknie. They would also like to thank Dr. Lamarche, the staff of the Pontiac Community Hospital, and the CLSC for their devoted attention and care. Friends may call at the W.J. Hayes and Sons Funeral Home, 1040 Clarendon St., Quyon, Quebec on Tuesday, January 17th from 7-9 pm and on Wednesday, January 18th from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. Funeral Thursday, January 19th to St. Mary's Catholic Church, Quyon, Quebec for Mass at 11:00 am. Interment Parish Cemetery. Memorial donations to St. Mary's Church re-construction would be greatly appreciated.
