Parents were so poor that her father, James had to wash her body, dress her and build her coffin for the funeral. Originally buried behind church in Pointe-Claire village, by the water. At some point, the cemetary was closed and they moved all coffins to St-John's road in the new cemetary also in Pointe-Claire.
