* On the 1900 US Census was going by the name Lucien.
* In 1943, he crossed the border (from Canada into the US) as “Reverend Lucien Louis Archambault”.
* Then according to several newspaper articles & confirmed by his grandson Maurice Talbot – he was ordained a Franciscan Monk, with the name “Father Simon Archambault”.
* Excerpt from newspaper article “Archambault Family Makes Mark on Rhode Island History” – published in the Pawtuxet Valley Times (author Amby Smith Senior, Scene Editor): “Lucien Jr. went to the Seminary in St-Cesaire and found his vocation to be a Franciscan Monk. In time Jericho heard inspiring stories about Father Simon; that he was a founder of the College of St. Francis in Biddeford, Maine, and in 1960, was “commissaire-de-Terre Saint” for all of Canada.”
